The objective of the RISK’Adapt project is to develop a methodology for assessing health risks and summer energy poverty among urban populations during heatwaves. The findings will be used to evaluate the proportion of the population facing high risk in the coming years, as well as the mitigation capacities of cities and buildings. The risk is twofold—incorporating both health (exposure thresholds and duration) and economic factors (energy poverty)—as the two are inextricably linked. Additionally, various resilience solutions, at both individual and collective levels, will be compared.
– Durée 2024-2028
– Financement ANR (PIA)
